Scope of Services

Youth In School Treatment

Counselors will intervene individually with elementary school children in their schools daily coordinating their efforts with teachers and other school support staff.

In Home Treatment

Professional counselors will visit homes of clients and improve environmental elements that may be hindering human growth and productivity.

After School Programs

Children will be transported to the WISE center for recreational and behavioral modification programs.

Mental Health Support Services

Wise Enterprise, Inc. Mental Health Skill Building Services is a training service for individuals with significant mental illness. This service is designed to train individuals in activities of daily living, use of community resources, improve behaviors related to health, safety, nutrition, physical condition, and medication adherence so that they may achieve and maintain community stability and independence.

Crisis Stabilization Services

Wise Enterprise, Inc. Crisis Stabilization Services provides structured therapeutic treatment to serve high risk participants in partnership with parents, family members, school personnel, physicians, mental health providers, and community service agencies. These services are delivered using a comprehensive mental health needs assessment. Crisis Stabilization services are direct mental health care to non-hospitalized individuals (ages four and up) experiencing an acute crisis of a psychiatric nature that may jeopardize their current community living situation. The goals are to avert hospitalization or re-hospitalization and to provide normative environments with high assurance of safety and security for crisis intervention.

Primary Care Givers Support Program

Daily group and individual counseling sessions will be conducted for primary caregivers of children. This will include parent(s), grandparent(s), and guardians.
